Movement 2 Music

Class designed for older adults.  All exercises are based on mobility and movement to keep you strong and independent, including balance and functional exercises.  All done to music you can sing along to.

Participants say how much it helps their mental health along with improved movement and strength.

This is a really friendly group – new members are aways welcome.
